Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern use of https://www.grigshin.com and purchases made through it. The Service is operated by:
- Company: «Grig Track» LLC
- Tax ID / registration number: 08246231
- Registered address: 19/1 Arin Berd Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia
- Email: info@grigshin.com
- Phone: +374 44 222215
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data; it is not part of the purchase agreement merely because you acknowledge it.
2. Customers and accounts
A Consumer is an individual purchasing for personal, family, household or similar non-business use. A Business Customer purchases for commercial or professional activity. Mandatory consumer rights apply only where the law treats the customer as a Consumer.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Where a minor may legally purchase only through a parent or representative, that authorisation is required.
If you create an account, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity resulting from your failure to protect them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
3. Products and prices
We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, applicable taxes, warranty information and safe-use instructions. Images are illustrative, but the delivered Product must conform to its description and applicable legal requirements.
Prices are displayed in Armenian drams (AMD). Delivery charges and the final price, including any quantity or loyalty discount, are shown before the order is placed. We may change future prices and correct errors. If an error affects an order, we will ask you to confirm the corrected information before accepting it.
You should select Products based on the published specifications and professional requirements relevant to your project. This does not limit our responsibility for inaccurate information, unsafe or defective Products, or Products that do not conform to their description.
4. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected Products. An automatic message acknowledging receipt does not itself mean that we have accepted the order. The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order. For prepaid orders, acceptance is also subject to payment authorisation.
You may find Products through search or the catalogue and save items to a wishlist. Orders may be submitted through the website or through communication channels we expressly support, including our official social-media accounts. Before placing a website order, review the cart, delivery details, total price and payment obligation. A support manager may assist, but the order is binding only after acceptance under this Section.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if a Product is unavailable, information or pricing contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment.
The order confirmation supplied on a durable medium, such as email, will include or link to the applicable order details and Terms.
5. Payment
Available methods may include:
- VISA, Mastercard or ArCa card payment through the ArCa or bank gateway;
- payment on delivery, where offered; and
- bank transfer.
Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by us. An unpaid order may be cancelled after the payment period shown at checkout expires.
6. Delivery
Available delivery areas, methods, costs and estimated periods are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Unless another period is agreed, Consumer orders placed remotely will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
If we miss the agreed or legal delivery period, you may request delivery within a reasonable additional period. If we still do not deliver, you may cancel and receive the remedies required by law.
We bear the risk of accidental loss or damage until you or a person designated by you physically receives the Products, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us and the law provides otherwise.
Provide an accurate address and be available to receive the order. Any failed-delivery charges will be disclosed before they are incurred. Inspect quantity and visible condition in the courier's presence; we allow an additional 10 minutes for this check. Note visible damage, breakage or shortage on the delivery document and tell the courier immediately. Delayed reporting does not remove mandatory rights concerning defects that were not reasonably discoverable on delivery.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may request cancellation before the courier is dispatched. After dispatch, the rights, procedures, time limits, costs and exclusions in the Return and Exchange Policy apply. That Policy forms part of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
8. Delivery inspection and claims
Use the delivery inspection period to record visible damage, breakage, shortage or an incorrect Product. Contact us at info@grigshin.com or +374 44 222215 with the order number and available evidence. A late report does not waive rights for a hidden defect or another mandatory remedy.
9. Statutory consumer rights
Commercial and manufacturer warranties do not restrict statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms or the Return and Exchange Policy limits a remedy that cannot legally be waived.
10. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, scrape the Service in a way that disrupts it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The Service's text, images, logos, design and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may use them only to browse and shop, unless we give written permission or applicable law permits otherwise.
11. Service availability and liability
We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights relating to inaccurate information, unsafe or non-conforming Products, intentional wrongdoing, or harm for which exclusion is prohibited. Subject to those rules, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by events beyond our reasonable control or by misuse contrary to supplied instructions.
12. Changes, law and disputes
The Terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order. Later changes apply only to future orders unless law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by Armenian law. Nothing here prevents a Consumer from using any competent court, regulator, mediation process or other remedy available under mandatory law.
13. Language and contact
The Armenian version controls if the translations differ, to the extent permitted by law.

Return and Exchange Policy
1. Scope and contact
This Policy applies to Products purchased from https://www.grigshin.com. To request a cancellation, exchange, return or refund, contact online-store support at info@grigshin.com or +374 44 222215 and provide the order number and available proof of purchase.
2. Fourteen-day online withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the Consumer, or a person designated by the Consumer, actually receives the Product. Where one order is delivered separately, the period begins when the last Product or lot is received. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain personalised, cut-to-size, perishable, unsealed hygiene-sensitive and inseparably mixed Products.
Notify us before the period expires. Unless we offer collection, return the Product within 14 days after the notice. Support will confirm the handover method and return address; unless another address is confirmed, use 19/1 Arin Berd Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
You may inspect the Product as you reasonably could in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If we informed you before purchase, you bear the direct return cost for a conforming Product.
3. Exchange or return of a conforming non-food Product
Subject to the Armenian-law exclusions, a conforming non-food Product may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after delivery when it has not been used and its appearance, consumer properties, seals and labels are preserved. Please also provide the receipt, invoice or other evidence that the Product was purchased from us. Any price difference is recalculated. If an equivalent Product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or wait for the next availability where the law permits.
4. Defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect Products
If a Product is defective, damaged, incomplete, unsafe or different from the order or description, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement without additional charge, a proportionate price reduction, cancellation and refund, and compensation where applicable. We bear return, removal, reinstallation or redelivery costs where required by law.
Please inspect quantity and visible condition with the courier. We allow an additional 10 minutes for this check. Note visible damage, breakage or shortage on the delivery document and tell the courier immediately. Signing without a note may make a visible-damage claim harder to verify, but it does not remove mandatory rights, especially for hidden defects that could not reasonably be discovered at delivery.
5. Refunds
Following a valid online withdrawal, we refund the payments received within 14 days after learning of your decision. Unless we offered collection, we may wait until the Product is returned or you provide evidence that it was sent. The refund is made through the original payment method where technically possible; a different lawful method may be used with your agreement. Card payments are returned to the same card where technically possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
The additional cost of a delivery method chosen by you that is more expensive than our standard option is not refundable. Other delivery and return costs are handled according to the reason for the return, the information given before purchase and mandatory law.
6. Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before the courier is dispatched. If a paid order is cancelled before dispatch, the payment will be refunded. After dispatch, the online-withdrawal, return and exchange rules above apply. We do not treat a delivery charge as automatically non-refundable where mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Mandatory rights
This Policy does not restrict any non-waivable right or remedy under Armenian law. If this Policy and mandatory law differ, mandatory law prevails.
