1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grigshin online store at https://grigshin.com and its related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Customer", "you" — a person who uses the Service or places an order.
• "Account" — the registered profile you create to use the Service.
• "Products" — the goods offered for sale through the Service.
• "Order" — your request to purchase one or more Products.
• "Contract" — the sales contract formed between you and Grigshin under Section 5.
• "AMD" — Armenian Dram, the currency in which prices are shown and charged.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service and place Orders you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Products are offered for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise.

4. Your account

• Registration. Customers register by providing a valid email address and a password (minimum 8 characters). You may also provide a name, phone number and delivery address.
• Email verification. You must verify your email address before you can sign in and order. Verification links are single-use and time-limited.
• Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We may refuse, suspend or cancel Orders or Accounts that contain false or misleading information.
• Account security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes — we will never ask you for your password. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
• Suspension. We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

5. Products, pricing and how a Contract is formed

• Prices are shown in AMD and may change at any time before you place an Order. The price at checkout when you confirm governs.
• Taxes and delivery. Tax and delivery fee are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. Currently: tax of 8% is applied to the order subtotal, and delivery is free for orders over 500 AMD, otherwise a flat fee of 75 AMD applies. These amounts may change.
• Formation of the Contract. A binding Contract is formed when the Order is confirmed — for card payments, when payment is confirmed by the bank gateway; for cash on delivery and bank transfer, when we accept the Order. We may decline or cancel an Order (out of stock, mispriced, suspected fraud) and will refund you if you have already paid.
• Stock. Stock is reserved when you place the Order. If a Product is unavailable in the requested quantity, the Order cannot be completed and you will be informed.

6. Payment

• Online card payment (via ArCa). You are redirected to the bank's secure hosted payment page. We never receive or store your full card data. Stock is reserved; you must complete payment within approximately 25 minutes, after which an unpaid Order is automatically cancelled. You can retry a failed or abandoned payment for a still-pending Order.
• Cash on delivery. You pay in cash when the Order is delivered.
• Bank transfer. The Order is held until we confirm receipt of your payment.

All amounts are charged in AMD.

7. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by stock, address, and circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once we have received full payment (or on delivery for cash on delivery).

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your Order through the Service while it is still cancellable — up to and including the Confirmed stage. Once an Order is being prepared, shipped or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled through the Service; contact us and we will help where we can. Reserved stock is returned to inventory on cancellation, and any payment taken is refunded per Section 9.

9. Refunds

• Card payments. Refunded to your card through the bank/ArCa gateway.
• Cash on delivery and bank transfer. Refunded by bank transfer using the details you provide (where applicable).
• Timing. We process refunds promptly; the time for funds to reach you depends on your bank.

10. Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and other applicable law. If a Product is defective, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) as provided by law. Contact us as soon as you notice the problem at support@grigshin.com.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use bots or automated means to circumvent controls; resell Products without our consent; or infringe our or any third party's rights.

12. Intellectual property

The Service and its content — text, product descriptions, images, logos, trademarks, software — are owned by Grigshin or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. This does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; and our total liability arising out of an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for mandatory consumer rights.

15–16. Indemnity and Suspension / Termination

You agree to indemnify Grigshin from claims arising from your breach of these Terms. You may close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or others.

17. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (ArCa/bank payment gateway, hosting, email providers, delivery partners). Your use of a third-party payment page may be subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia. We encourage you to contact us first at support@grigshin.com to try to resolve any issue amicably.

19–20. Changes to these Terms and General

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force when you place an Order apply to that Order. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms, with the Privacy and Cookie Policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
